Cancellation policy: 

For small rooms (capacity tp to 11): You will be able to receive a refund if you cancel 7 or more days prior to the booking.

For board rooms (capacity 12-24): You will be able to receive a refund if you cancel 14 or more calendar days prior to the booking.

For conference rooms (capacity 25-39):  You will be able to receive a refund if you cancel 28 or more calendar days prior to the booking.

Each meeting room booking is eligible for one amendment,  made at least 24h prior to meeting start time.
