Are there any additional costs?
To book a desk you just need an active subscription. That’s £20 a month, all in. If you want to book meeting rooms as well, then they come at an additional cost. The cost of the meeting rooms are shown when you go to select them to book.
How does the WiFi work?
All AndCo venues have secure, fast and reliable AndCo WiFi. When you turn up to your booking, connect to the AndCo WiFi via the dropdown menu and fill in your AndCo username and password. It’s the same across all of our venues!
What are AndCo Plus venues?
This one’s simple. AndCo Plus venues do a free tea or coffee on arrival for anyone with an AndCo booking.
Can I bring a guest?
Bringing a guest to work with you is absolutely no problem, however, in order to access the secure AndCo WiFi, they will also need to have an active AndCo membership. You can refer friends and colleagues so you and them get a month free whenever you do!
When are venues open?
The venues will set their own opening hours, but we have plenty of venues that are open from as early as 7am and close after 6pm. You can search by this easily in the search bar.
Do I need to be an AndCo member to book meeting rooms?
If you want to be able to book the meeting rooms with the discounted rates then the short answer is, yes. You can definitely still enquire to book meeting rooms even if you’re not a member, but they will be more expensive.
Can I bring my own food and drink to the venues?
Some venues do allow you to bring your own food and drink, but most of the time this isn’t allowed. It’s why we work closely with our partner venues to provide exclusive discounts to our members. Also the venues have amazing food and drink on offer - co-working with table service, what’s not to like!
Surely I can just work from coffee shops for free?
That’s true, you can. But (and it’s a big but!) you don’t have the guarantee of a desk, the secure AndCo WiFi, exclusive discount of food and drink, free teas and coffees and access to an amazing community of knowledge workers. Plus, we go and vet all of our venues to make sure they are perfect for you to work from.
Are there any community events?
Yes, we run lots of community events in our partner venues. These include workshops, masterclasses, networking events, work sessions and post work happy hours.
